Before finalizing your order, we kindly ask you to carefully review, as there are no refunds after orders are place. Please double check your head measurements and part siding preference. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges, replacements, or refunds for incorrect sizing or part side selection. If no preference is indicated, the default part will be on the left side.

For curly wigs, such as deep wave, Indian curly, or any other curly or wavy styles, please be aware that slight variations in curl patterns may occur. While we strive to replicate wigs as closely to the original as possible, please understand that handmade colored wigs may have variations in color placement, and the length may slightly differ from the pictured product.

If  you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your order, we are committed to working with you to address them. Please reach out to us via the email address provided below within 3 days of item marked delivered. It's important to note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason on wigs, as all sales are considered final.

It is also important to mention that there may be rare instances where the overseas hair supplier we work with sends incorrect hair or hair that does not meet our quality standards upon receipt.
Despite our commitment to excellence, such situations may lead to delivery delays that are beyond our control. While these occurrences are uncommon, they can still happen. Please be aware that in such cases, we will not be able to offer a refund as the error is outside of our control.

Hair extensions/ bundle and closures
Bundles are considered for exchange ONLY if the original tags are still attached and it is determined that the hair has not been manipulated. If we determine that the hair has been worn or manipulated in any way, this includes but not limited to: lace cut, combing, brushing, washing, coloring or dying we WILL NOT allow an exchange. There are NO refunds for any reason. You have 3 days of receiving your order to email us for possible exchange. After this time your purchase we will not be accepted for exchange for any reason. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to, The Makeover Beauty Salon. A store credit will be applied for your order 3-5 business days after it is received and accepted. If there is an issue with your order please email us.
