Order of Process
1.Custom order is place
2. Order is confirmed within 2-3 business days through email
3. We receive and process your order
4. Your unit will begin production allow 7-21 days excluding Holidays and weekends for completion of your hand made unit.
Please double check your head measurements. We DO NOT exchange, replace or refund due to incorrect sizing. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to work with you. Please email us at the email address listed below. There are NO refunds or exchanges for any reason on wigs.
Raw and Virgin hair bundles and closures may be considered for exchange if the product have not been used, combed through, washed, colored, broken seal around bundle, lace trimmed or altered in anyway.
We are more than happy to exchange untampered, unworn returns, original tags attached products that are ready for resale. You have 3 calendar days of receiving your order to email us about your issue. After 3 days we will not accept any return/ exchanges for any reason. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. A store credit will be emailed to you 3-5 business days after it is received and accepted for exchange.
